In the area of AI & ML, we develop platforms that provide underlying components and intelligent functionalities for strategic banking systems. We develop proprietary neural networks and AI models, implement cutting-edge solutions based on LLM and RAG to support business processes and create innovative services for customers.
Your tasks
- Design and development of a RAG solution, including text data processing, indexing (vector/graph) and integration with the LLM model
- Building REST microservices in Python, coordinating information retrieval and response generation by LLM
- Implementation of a data processing pipeline (query preparation, query expansion, semantic search)
- Optimization of system performance - tuning benchmarks of latency, accuracy of results and inference costs
- Development of high quality, readable and testable code and CI/CD support
- Collaborating with the scrum team - requirements analysis, technical specification, documentation
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in AI/ML or related area
- Very good knowledge of Python and one of the AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain)
- Experience working with LLM, embeddings and RAG type systems
- Ability to build REST microservices and integrate with AI models
- Attention to high quality code and best programming practices
- Willingness to work hybrid, min. 1 day/week in Gdansk or Warsaw office
- Fluency in Polish language required
- Residence in Poland required
