Summary
The IT company Andersen invites a Java Developer to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers from Saudi Arabia.
The customer is a renowned software development company with a proven track record in delivering high-quality custom software solutions, IT consulting, and support. The company prides itself on its extensive technological expertise and rich portfolio of projects, covering areas such as eBanking, Healthcare, Telecommunications, eCommerce, and more.
The project is designed to provide a seamless and user-friendly platform for users to easily search, explore, and book tickets for bus and train journeys.
Technology stack: Java 21, Spring Boot framework, Redis, PostgreSQL, MinIO, HashiCorp Vault, Apache Kafka, REST, WebSockets, WSO2.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new features for mobile and web applications.
- Writing and executing tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Rewriting and optimizing the code.
- Leading a team of developers, including task planning and distribution.
- Participating in strategic planning and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience as a Java Developer for 3+ years.
- Experience in creating mobile and web applications connected with transportation (with maps).
- Strong knowledge and experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with storage solutions such as Redis, PostgreSQL, MinIO, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Familiarity with transport protocols and technologies: Apache Kafka, REST, WebSockets.
- Experience in API management using WSO2.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Level of English from Intermediate and above.
