Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Java Full Stack Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions in the FinTech industry. Join our dynamic engineering team and play a crucial role in developing world-class solutions for electronic payments.

Main Resposibilities:
 

• Develop and maintain business applications within the FinTech domain.
• Optimize code and application architecture for efficiency and scalability.
• Estimate development efforts and propose robust architectural solutions.
• Support system and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
• Manage and maintain application environments.
• Ensure high-quality code and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate in agile team planning for upcoming releases and iterations.
• Design technical solutions that align with project goals.
• Provide stabilization and maintenance support for implemented solutions.

 

Requirements

• Strong expertise in backend development with Java (minimum version 9, preferred version 17).
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, particularly Angular 16+.
• Hands-on experience with UML and software design patterns.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and frameworks like Spring and J2EE.
• Proficiency in version control systems like GIT.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to technical challenges.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English, particularly for technical documentation.
• Location: Based in Warsaw, with the requirement to work from the office twice per week.
