We're on the lookout for a dynamic AI & ML Jr. Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our GenAI ambition at Investment Banking initiatives.You will have the unique opportunity to develop and deploy advanced Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, Design Next-Gen ML models contributing to HSBC's digital transformation and positioning it at the forefront of AI-driven banking solutions.
What youll be doing:
- Develop, test, and implement ML models. This involves developing solutions to solve complex problems in collaboration with Business and AI team members.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards, safeguarding sensitive customer and business information while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also supporting team members, ensuring timely high-quality delivery.
Youre a great candidate if you have these:
- Proven experience of working with advance coding in Python, and familiarity with some of the key Python libraries - TensorFlow, LangChain, PyTorch, Plotly, Dash, Scikit-learn is a must.
- High degree of understanding on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, Time-Series and Prediction Models would be helpful.
- Strong proficiency in software development with expertise in backend technologies, with good proficiency in Database technology is recommended.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
