Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Senior Fullstack Developer (Python + React)

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of fullstack applications leveraging Generative AI
• Integration of AI models into scalable and secure web services
• Creation of user-friendly interfaces that facilitate interaction with AI features
• Optimization of application performance for efficiency and responsiveness
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and UX/UI designers
• Adherence to best practices in software development and ethical AI deployment
• This project presents an opportunity to work on innovative technologies that have the potential to transform user interactions and drive progress in various sectors

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience building production-grade software
• At least 5 years of proven experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• At least 3 years of strong experience with React or comparable JavaScript-based front-end libraries
• At least 3 years of solid experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• At least 4-5 years of experience in working with Docker or other containerization technologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub Enterprise) and CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for exploring new digital technologies as well as advancing GenAI platforms and products
• English level: B2, C1

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services is a plus (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Storage)
• Experience with Terraform and Grafana
• Advanced German language skills
