Summary
The international IT company Andersen invites a Frontend Developer (jQuery) to work on a large-scale project for one of our Germany customers.
The customer is a global leader in delivering high-tech facilities for semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing, utilizing their proprietary platform for engineering execution and business-critical integrations.
The project is a large-scale .NET-based enterprise system requiring module exploration, and backend optimization.
Tech stack on the project: Kendo UI, jQuery, JavaScript CSS/HTML, OData / REST APIs Git, Azure.
Responsibilities
- Refactoring and enhancing frontend components.
- Fixing UI bugs and layout issues.
- Ensuring responsive, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participating in reverse engineering of undocumented frontend logic.
- Collaborating with backend, QA, and design teams to align UI with data flow.
- Contributing to frontend performance optimization.
- Documenting UI components, structure, and limitations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Frontend Developer (jQuery) for 5+ years.
- Deep knowledge of jQuery and vanilla JavaScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kendo UI.
- Strong grasp of CSS and HTML, layout responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior.
- Experience working on enterprise applications and legacy UIs.
- Comfortable working in systems with limited documentation.
- Level of English from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience with accessibility standards, design systems, and UX enhancements.
