Backend Developer - .NET

Application developer will be working as part of the IT Refinish Development Group which builds and maintains the customer facing applications for the Refinish SBU

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex Web and mobile line of business applications by modifying the existing and creating the new applications, as well as testing the implemented solutions
• Translate requirements into an appropriate design through analysis of existing code base and architecture, stating technical objectives and assessing impact of change
• Ensure applications are developed to comply with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices with an understanding of performance delivered by utilized technologies
• Develop and implement testing strategy for newly developed applications
• Provide technical consulting support on projects or system issues, prepare operations and user documentation and help in implementation of complete solutions
• Work closely with other project members to ensure on time product delivery, estimate and take ownership of assigned work items
• Using Azure DevOps to cooperate with other team members on daily basis
• Integration, deploying and hosting applications using Microsoft Azure

Qualifications:

• Experience in the following technologies: .NET Framework and Asp.net Core (C#, VB), Java Script, HTML5, SQL Server, Entity Framework, MVC/MVVM, Azure
• 3 (regular) years’ experience working in Microsoft Development Technologies (C#, Visual Studio, Git, Azure Devops, SQL Server)
• Very good level of English (Oral and written) can also work independently
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with an ability to explore existing code base and transform requests to specific software solutions
• A good understanding of basic concepts, terminology and practical application of current and emerging (internet) technologies
• Team player who likes to work in an international environment
• An understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP…) would be a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Determination to respond to tight deadlines.
