Job Description
The role offers a hands-on engineering position responsible for development of high- performance Big Data solutions in the Finance space.
Your responsibilities
- Developing Big Data solutions in Product Control and wider CFO IT
- Preparing tech design in assigned projects
- Cooperating with local Data Scientists and Business Analysts on implementation of solutions in our Big Data stack
- Cooperating with other Big Data Developers globally
Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Big Data, at least 6 years as a developer
- Experience in Python
- Advanced programming in Java and/or Scala
- Strong Spark experience
- Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Good knowledge of Big Data querying tools, such as Hive, Impala
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra Fluent English
