What product do we develop?
We hope you will join us to create and develop frontend for our innovative software solution KMD Elements. We have a large setup with currently nine full-stack development teams based in Poland and Denmark and developing new features to support our customers in the rapidly developing Energy market. The key market advantage of KMD Elements is support for very flexible, complex billing models, customer communication and full customer lifecycle handling. The solution enables energy companies to promote efficient energy generation and usage patterns, supporting sustainable and green energy generation and consumption.
How do we work?
We follow Scrum principles in our work – we work in biweekly sprints and produce production-ready functionalities at the end of each iteration
Our dev teams have end-to-end responsibility for the features we develop – from business requirements, through design and implementation up to running features on production
We build microservices on Azure DevOps
More than 75% of our work is spent on development of new product features
Our teams are cross-functional (6-7 persons) – they develop, test, build infrastructure and pipelines, and maintain features they have built
Dev teams own domains in the solution and the corresponding system components
We value feedback and continuously seek improvements
We value software best practices and craftmanship
What will you do, of course, after your morning coffee:
Developing and maintaining the IT solutions for the energy market in Denmark using your full-stack skills set
Preparing reviews and participating in retrospectives
End-to-end responsibility for the full lifecycle of features you develop
A member of a cross-functional Scrum team
Estimating User Stories and tasks
Maintaining the alignment with architectural principles defined on the project and organizational level
Refining User Stories and ensuring their readiness for development
Responsible for performance monitoring and code optimization
Doing code refactoring and architecture improvements
Designing and reviewing existing test automation approach (technologies used, architecture of the solution)
Technology stack and requirements:
Solid understanding of Angular architecture and experience with large, multi-module applications: best practices and performance considerations
NgRx and Redux pattern
Angular Material and PrimeNG
SASS, Angular Flex-Layout, Grid layout
Unit, component and e2e testing: Jasmine, Karma, Playwright
