Client: Our client is a global reinsurance hub of one of the worlds top 10 investment companies. They specialize in annuity reinsurance for the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) market, providing long-term financial security to their clients customers and guaranteeing their pension benefits for life.
Project overview: The solution is developed from scratch using .NET and Java for the backend and React for the GUI. It employs various technologies for communication, such as AMQP, REST, and GraphQL. In addition, the solution has several integrations with data feeds to process data in real time. As part of the CI/CD process, it uses a modern IaC approach by utilizing Bicep and Terraform frameworks for a flexible and smooth delivery process. The solution is fully covered by Azure Cloud Services. As part of the project, it is planned to add new features to cover business needs, unify technologies, and facilitate the transition from legacy technologies to modern ones.
Technology stack: NET with Azure, React

• Responsibilities: Integrate systems by standardizing communication protocols and optimizing data processing approaches with advanced cloud development techniques
• Design and develop new features to meet evolving business and technical needs
• Maintain and enhance existing functionality to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and understand business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and apply them to influence project decisions and outcomes

• 2+ years of experience developing commercial applications on .NET
• Understanding of C# including the versions .NET 6/8 and .NET Framework 4.8
• Experience working with IoC Containers (.NET DI, Autofac)
• Good knowledge and experience in Azure (Azure Functions, Azure VMs, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL)
• Skills in front-end web development (React, Typescript)
• Substantial knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure Cosmos DB)
• Good knowledge of Event Driven Architecture (CQRS & Event Sourcing, Azure Service Bus)
• Experience working in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Bicep, ARM templates)
• Experience with tests tools/techniques
• Good spoken English

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Kanban methodology
• Having any tech Azure certification
