About the Client
Our client is an international leader in the healthcare and life sciences industry. The organization uses cutting-edge AI, data engineering, and cloud technologies to transform knowledge management, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative digital solutions at scale.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and indexing structured and unstructured data into Azure-based knowledge stores.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI applications using Azure OpenAI and other cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI and classical AI into user-facing applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop production-ready Python code to automate data ingestion, metadata management, and lifecycle operations.
- Uphold high standards of data quality, compliance, and documentation throughout the AI/ML lifecycle.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong Python skills and deep learning expertise (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and frameworks such as LangChain.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Cosmos DB, Cognitive Search, Functions, Blob Storage) and MLOps practices (Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, orchestration).
- Experience in processing structured and unstructured data, semantic search, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills (C1+ English), and a collaborative mindset to thrive in international Agile teams.
