Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Python Developer to work on the project of our partner from Cyprus.

The customer is at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital landscape, committed to breaking down language barriers and making cutting-edge AI accessible to everyone. With a mission fueled by diversity and expertise, this dynamic team is transforming customer experience across industries, ensuring technology serves with integrity and innovation. The specialties include AI Agents, Digital Assistants, GenAI, ML, e-Shops, and Vector Databases.

The project is an AI chatbot building platform that specializes in crafting personalized AI chatbots tailored to a user's data. It aggregates data from various AI models (like ChatGPT) and uses advanced algorithms to process the information, delivering more accurate results. The solution is tailored for e-commerce platforms and online stores, integrating an AI agent (digital assistant) directly into these platforms to enhance user experience and decision-making.

Tech stack on the project: Python/Flask.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient AI-driven applications using Python and Flask.
• Implementing and optimizing vector databases, particularly Pinecone and Weaviate, to enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Data Science to ensure the continuous improvement of our products.

Requirements

• Experience as a Python Developer for 4+ years.
• Extensive expertise in Python and Flask development.
• Experience working with CI/CD, and automated testing, unit tests.
• Experience with server-side programming, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Kafka.
• Strong foundation in software engineering best practices, design patterns, etc.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities with a deep passion for AI and Data Science.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, with a focus on Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL).
• Experienced in utilizing vector databases, such as Pinecone and Weaviate.
• Practical experience with TensorFlow.
• Experience in academic research and a track record of published papers.
