This is a remote position.

The pRED Informatics automation platform - AutoLab - was created to support life science laboratory workflows from request to result. This is enabled by developing automation solutions from modeling workflows through device integration to data analysis by scalable backend brokers, simple data parsers and transformations, connecting existing enterprise systems by their respective SDKs and APIs, and/or complex device integration & automation.

 

Requirements

Skills: Python, REST APIs, Message Broker, Gitlab, Git, pytes, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes

 

 

Methodology / Soft skills: SCRUM/Agile, MVP, Hands-on mentality, self-organized Misc-Buzzwords: Lab Automation, Camunda, IoT, Data Automation, Data Science
