About the Client

The project is based within our client a major player in the financial services sector, undergoing a strategic AI transformation. Their vision involves the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across core business areas, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and innovation.

What you will do

Design and develop backend components of AI-driven applications in a containerized environment (on-premise & Azure).

Build scalable and secure microservices integrating with existing enterprise systems and data platforms (Oracle, Cosmos DB, SQL).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI models using CI/CD pipelines, fine-tuning, and monitoring performance.

Create and support environments for experimentation (AI sandbox) and production deployments of AI models, including LLMs and RAG-based systems.

Participate in prototyping and implementation of innovative AI solutions, including conversational agents and intelligent automation.

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience as a Java Developer with strong Spring Boot skills and familiarity with microservice architecture.

Experience in containerized environments (Docker, Tanzu) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Bamboo).

Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems (JMS and/or Kafka), and version control workflows.

Exposure to AI/ML environments, including model deployment, monitoring, and integration with backend services.

Familiarity with Azure cloud services and best practices for secure and scalable application design.
