Summary
Andersen, an international IT company, is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Python + React) to work on a FinTech project.
The customer is an Irish-based company that provides online commerce businesses with financing to grow their businesses. The company currently operates in 11 markets worldwide and is backed by a number of leading FinTech investors, including DST Global, QED Investors and Left Lane.
The project is helping eCommerce businesses overcome growth challenges by providing essential funding and actionable insights.
Tech stack on the project: Python, PyTest, SQL, Django, Pandas, Airflow, Celery, Honeycomb, Sentry, Distributed systems, Micro services, Web Sockets, RESTful services, CI/CD, AWS, O11y, React Typescript, JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Writing REST API.
- Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Writing unit tests (PyTest).
- Peer code review.
- Identified bottlenecks, improved performance (either inefficient SQL queries or ineffective API).
Requirements
- Experience in building Django-based web applications for 5+ years.
- Experience with Django, Pandas, Airflow, and Celery (or similar).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with PyTest for testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, distributed systems, AWS, and observability (O11y).
- Experience with microservices, Honeycomb, Sentry, WebSockets, and RESTful services.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Level of English from Intermediate+ and above.
